Precision Electric Motor Sales Represented in 5-year Lease

Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International is proud to announce the representation of Precision Electric Motor Sales in their 5-year lease of 40,206 SF industrial space located at 160 Discovery Drive, Roebuck, SC 29376. 

PEMS will be utilizing this facility in order to continue its nationwide distribution for quality brand electric motors. It was a great transaction that we know will allow them to flourish in this growing Upstate industrial market.
