Investor Purchases 208,000 SF Facility in Gaffney, SC

Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of a 208,000 SF industrial facility located at 805 Victory Trail Road in Gaffney, SC.  The property is leased to Suminoe Textiles of America who uses the facility as a warehouse / distribution facility for their automotive textile operation.  Bobby Lyons, president of Lyons Industrial Properties, represented the seller, Anderson Family Associates, in the transaction.  The purchaser was Reger Holdings who purchased the property as an investment.
