Bobby Lyons, SIOR, CCIM
Bobby Lyons, SIOR, CCIM is an industrial real estate broker, auctioneer, developer and owner/president of Lyons Industrial Properties. The company is a full service industrial real estate brokerage and development firm based in Spartanburg, SC. The company specializes in leasing, sales, and development of industrial buildings…warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Their market area consists of the 10 counties which make up the Upstate of South Carolina market with a focus on Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and Cherokee Counties which are all located along the booming I-85 corridor.
Bobby is a graduate of Clemson University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1990.
Bobby earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in June, 2002 at the CCIM Institute’s annual convention held in Phoenix, Az. The CCIM designation is awarded to commercial and industrial real estate professionals upon completion of a graduate-level curriculum and attainment of a level of qualifying experience. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis, and form a business network encompassing 1,000 markets throughout North America, Asia, Europe and the Caribbean.
Bobby also earned the coveted SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial Realtors) designation in January of 2019. With more than 3,460 members in 42 countries, SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. The SIOR designation stands unchallenged for excellence in the performance of real estate services, and is universally recognized as the prerequisite in the selection of a commercial real estate broker, agent, or consultant.
Bobby has extensive experience in industrial real estate brokerage (conventional), auctions (accelerated marketing method), development, construction, and investment analysis.
Bobby and his wife, Nikki, have six amazing children ages 22 yrs to 9 yrs old. Bobby is on the advisory board for Wells Fargo Bank, he is in his 8th year as Program Chairman and active member with the Downtown Rotary Club of Spartanburg, and he coaches youth basketball and travel baseball. He and his family are members of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gaffney, SC.

Danny Butters is a Brokerage Associate for Lyons Industrial Properties. Danny recently moved from Virginia along with his wife and 2 sons. He brings over 3 years of Real Estate experience to the Lyons Industrial Team. With over 30 deals closed he brings invaluable contract knowledge, negotiating experience, and marketing skill to assist Lyons Industrial in representing their Clients.
Danny is client focused. His goal is to represent clients to the highest standard by providing clear communication, accurate market research, and extensive industry knowledge. Danny is a proud alumnus of Franciscan University of Steubenville where he earned a bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a minor in Computer Science in 2017
