Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce the sale of a 100,000 SF industrial facility located at 1205 S. Shamrock Ave. in Landrum, SC. The property was sold to Seating Solutions who will use the building for an assembly / distribution facility for the expansion and relocation of their operations. Seating Solutions specializes in the sales, rental and timely installation of custom designed spectator seating.
