Bobby Lyons, CCIM with Lyons Industrial Properties sold a 15,000 SF industrial facility in Gaffney, SC to a Canadian company.  The property is located at 597 Ford Road in Gaffney, SC and was sold to Essex Weld Solutions, Ltd. based in Ontario, Canada.  Lyons Industrial represented the buyer, Essex Weld, in the transaction and Tim Satterfield with Coldwell Banker Caine represented the sellers.
