Lyons Industrial sells industrial investment property in Greenville, SC

Bobby Lyons, CCIM are pleased to announce that they have sold a 26,000 SF industrial facility to an investor.  The industrial facility is located at 202 Beechtree Blvd, Greenville, SC in the Beechtree Industrial Park off of Augusta Road South to an investor from Iowa.  Carbures USA is the tenant in the facility, and they specialize in producing carbon fiber products for the aerospace, automotive, and infrastructure industries.  Lyons Industrial Properties represented the seller, HT USA (a Slovenian company) in the transaction.
