Dollar Tree Distribution Nearing Completion

The 1,500,000 sq. ft. Dollar Tree Distribution facility is nearing completion.  The $104 million project is coming along nicely.  This will be the corporate home to over 400 employees over the next 5 years and will be a big boost to the activity in the Upstate Corporate Park located at I-85 and Hwy. 110 (Exit 83).  This industrial park is a joint venture between the Spartanburg and Cherokee County economic development boards.  Excellent job to all involved!
