Universal Packaging Moves Into New Warehouse – Lyons Industrial Properties

Building and site improvements have been completed and Universal Packaging has recently moved into their new warehouse / distribution facility located at 160 Lincoln School Road in Spartanburg, SC.  Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to have represented Tietex International in leasing the ±86,000 sq. ft. of space in the ±190,000 sq. ft. industrial facility.  Universal Packaging will be utilizing this facility as warehouse/distribution space for materials to support their packaging operation.
