New Jobs Coming Soon

Bobby Lyons, CCIM of Lyons Industrial Properties recently represented Down Home Manufacturing / Valuesource, Inc. in the purchase of a 120,000 square foot manufacturing facility located at 402 Maxwell Avenue in Greenwood, SC from Self Regional Hospital system. The company’s $2.4 million investment is projected to create 50 new jobs.

Down Home Manufacturing fills down, down alternative, and feather pillows and comforters for retail clients in the U.S. and Canada. In addition, the facility will be utilized to distribute these products as well as a range of imported finished products including blankets, sheets and fashion bedding ensembles to retail clients in the U.S.
