Bobby Lyons, CCIM of Lyons Industrial Properties represented 4250 Orchard Park, LLC in the lease of a 48,000-square-foot food grade facility on 3.77 acres at 4250 Orchard Park in Spartanburg to Cardin Foods.  Cardin Foods is a food grade manufacturer of private label food snacks for the food service and supermarket industry.  This facility will be used to make and distribute potato chips.
