Borgers USA – Expansion Groundbreaking!

Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce they have officially broken ground on the Borgers USA 40,000 SF expansion project located at 225 Commerce Court in Duncan, SC.  This addition will make the building a total of 70,000 SF and allow Borgers additional space to service and supply their customers such as BMW and Volvo with their automotive components.  The project is expected to be completed in October of this year.
