Change is Good and Change is Healthy

We are a little more than half way through 2019 and I’d like to take this moment to give you an update on our market conditions and our company. Industrial leasing and sales activity is fantastic. Our company leased and sold over ½ million square feet of industrial space in the last few weeks. 2018 Was the best year in our company’s 22 year history and 2019 is shaping up to be even better.

The last few years have seen a steady spike in national developers selecting the Upstate as a market for speculative development. Millions of SF of new industrial product have been built here and absorption is very strong. 

Lyons Industrial Properties is blessed to have the opportunity to serve our valued clients in the Upstate community. This is an incredible place to work and raise a family. I am a 1990 Civil Engineering graduate of Clemson University which is where I met my incredible wife. We are raising 6 children in the Upstate and we couldn’t be happier to call this home.
