Chris Schweighart, MBA joins the Lyons Industrial Properties team!

Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce the addition of Chris Schweighart to the Lyons Industrial team. Chris will serve in the role of Sales Associate and Project Manager, a position that will leverage his unique and noteworthy experience in leadership positions across various industries.

Chris brings over twelve years of experience in commercial and residential property management, overseeing multi-property portfolios of various asset types, including industrial buildings, self-storage facilities, mobile home communities, medical office buildings, single family homes, and airport terminals.  Prior to his career in property management, Chris enjoyed an eight-year career in education, teaching all levels of Spanish and managing various businesses, including an international travel program focused on community service, at a college preparatory school in southern California.

Chris earned an MBA from San Diego State University, and a BA degree from Colgate University in upstate New York, where he majored in Spanish and also played on both the soccer and baseball teams.  Chris is a fluent Spanish speaker and writer, and has lived and traveled extensively throughout the world. 

These distinctive skills and experiences enable Chris to work collaboratively and effectively with clients, owners, vendors, other brokers, and community stakeholders of all nationalities and backgrounds…a key to success in this role with Lyons Industrial Properties.

A native of San Diego, California, Chris recently relocated with his wife and son to the Upstate region of South Carolina…and they love it here!  In his free time, Chris enjoys cheering on his son’s soccer and baseball teams, and officiating youth soccer games.  Chris is also a parishioner at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Simpsonville, and an active member of the Knights of Columbus.
