We are very excited to announce another deal closed!

Our 115,000 SF property at 250 Broadcast Drive in Spartanburg has been leased…to none other than Contec, Inc.! With its headquarters here in Spartanburg, Contec is a leading manufacturer of contamination control products for critical manufacturing environments in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, medical device, healthcare, automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries

Contec will use this conveniently-located industrial facility to store raw materials and finished goods.

As many of you know, we recently completed a substantial renovations project at this property. Upgrades include a new concrete truck court, a complete renovation of the office space, a new HVAC system in the office, new heaters in the warehouse, expanded dock doors, and—coming soon—a new 60 mil TPO roof!

We want to thank the many contractors who worked at this property over the past six months…without your efforts, we would not enjoy the success of this deal today!
