Check-Up on Tindall Corporation

We love checking up with our past clients, to see how their new properties are working out. Earlier this year, we proudly represented Tindall Corporation in the acquisition of 41 acres of land on Fairforest Clevedale Road in Spartanburg.

A few months later, and the development of this land is really coming along. Take a look at these aerial photos that Bobby Lyons SIOR, CCIM took with our drone…wow!

This development will facilitate Tindall’s expanded operation in its Utility Division…and create 20 new jobs. It’s really exciting to be a part of this success story!
