What’s the best way to celebrate Labor Day? With more jobs!
The August 2020 jobs report was released today, and it had plenty of great news. The US economy added over 1.3 million jobs last month, and the unemployment rate dropped to 8.4%…the first time it’s been below 10% since March!
These are major steps forward as our country continues to recover from the pandemic-related shutdowns. We still have more room to grow, but we’re on the right path…and we’re very thankful to be in a pro-business state like South Carolina that re-opened early and continues to lead the way!
