New Roof Project at 115,000 SF Warehouse in Spartanburg Nearly Done!

Who wants a brand new, state of the art, TPO roof? We do!

Baker Roofing Company is doing a fantastic job on our Lyons Industrial Properties new 115,000 Square Foot roof replacement project in Spartanburg, SC.

A big thanks to Tony Dunlap for providing excellent supervision and customer service on the job and also to Wilkes Strain who handled the initial business development and sale of the roof to us on the front end. Added thanks to our own Chris Schweighart, MBA, for creating the relationship with Wilkes Strain through networking on LinkedIn that led to this big sale. Wow.

FYI – What is TPO Roofing? Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a single-ply roofing membrane that is one of the fastest growing commercial roofing systems on the market. Typical thickness is 45 mil or 60 mil. We used the 60 mil and got a 20 year NDL (no dollar limit) warranty.

Our new tenant, Contec, Inc., will enjoy the dry warehouse and the increased R-value while we, the owners representatives, will enjoy no calls about roof leaks. #LETSGO
