Two Big Announcements

We are excited to make two big announcements today!

First, we are honored to have represented Upward Sports, Inc., in the leasing of a 60,000 SF industrial facility here in Spartanburg! This space will enable the continued growth of Upward’s Third Party Logistics (3PL) business.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a highly-respected community organization. Thank you, Upward, for trusting Lyons Industrial Properties with this project!

We also want to thank Dillon Swayngim and D. Ralph Settle, II, at Colliers International, who represented the landlord, for their cooperation on this deal.

Second, we are very proud to have made the CoStar Group‘s Quarterly Deals list of top industrial leases! We were given this award thanks to the leasing of the 115,000 SF warehouse at 250 Broadcast Drive in Spartanburg to Contec, Inc.
