Flashback Friday

Hey y’all, it’s Flashback Friday! And it was one year ago this week that Ben Jordan with Global Trade Logistics, LLC reached out to us, inquiring about a property for his new 3PL company to lease here in the Upstate.

We then spent over five months working with Ben and his associate Kyle, helping them evaluate a number of facilities in the area…finally settling on a beautiful 150,000 SF warehouse in Greer, which GTL has leased long-term.

Fast forward six more months to this week, when we got to tour this facility with Ben and Kyle. Their warehouse is nearly full; business has been strong and continues to grow. What started as a vision has turned into a successful reality…thanks to hard work, persistence, and tenacity.

Congrats to you and GTL, Ben! We truly appreciate the opportunity to work with you, and wish you continued success. We look forward to helping you lease another industrial facility in the future!
