Leigh Fibers Facility Update

Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce a flurry of activity at Leigh Fibers, LLC over the past two months. Bobby Lyons SIOR, CCIM and Luke Lyons have leased 80,000 SF of space to four different companies. This excess space at this facility has proved to be a much needed product in our heated Upstate industrial market. Lyons Industrial attributes this success to the health of the Upstate SC industrial market and a fantastic facility which features 10,000 SF bays, 20’+ ceiling heights, fully sprinkled, flexible lease terms, excellent location, and a very competitive rental rates.
