60,000 SF Lease w/ Global Trade Logistics, LLC

Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International is pleased to announce a 60,000 SF, 9 year lease with Global Trade Logistics, LLC !

This industrial facility located at 129 Metro Court in Greer, SC will serve the company’s need for additional warehouse space to service their growing client base.  

Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International owes a big thank you to Ben Jordan and Daniel Jordan with GTL for their continued business! Their business is booming and we are pleased and honored to be a part of their explosive growth.  

GTL Logistics Group focuses on third party logistics, including warehousing, e-commerce fulfillment, supply chain distribution, truck parking and Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) business.

Great job by Bobby Lyons SIOR, CCIM and Luke Lyons for the persistence in getting this deal completed! This transaction was unique in that it required a short sub-lease agreement with the existing tenant and then negotiations and work on the details of the long term lease with the existing ownership.
