Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International proudly represented the landlord, Big Sky Properties, in the leasing of their 27,500 SF industrial facility at 1700 Victor Hill Road in Duncan, SC.  

We welcome the new tenant KVA-EMC! KVA specializes in relay panels and the construction and maintenance of transmission and distribution substations.

It was a great transaction and the new 5 year lease will allow KVA-EMC to gain even more market share in our red hot Greenville/Spartanburg market.
