Dollar Tree Represented in 3-Year Lease

We are very pleased to announce another great project Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International just completed. This was a tenant representation assignment for Dollar Tree Stores. We received a call from Dollar Tree about two months ago looking for a large distribution building near their 1.5M SF facility in Cowpens, SC. Big box distribution is in high demand and inventory across the Upstate market is very low but we were very fortunate that this facility located at 50 Peachview Blvd. in Gaffney, SC was available. Over the next several weeks of site visits, negotiations, lease review, and comments between landlord and tenant (and their attorneys), this deal finally came together.
