After completing a much needed facelift/renovation on this property, Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International is pleased to announce that they have successfully negotiated a lease renewal with the tenant, Baker Distributing Co.

Fun Fact…Bobby Lyons SIOR, CCIM worked for the construction company that did the 5,000 SF expansion on this building back in the late 1990’s. Bobby ended up running the concrete construction division for this company for several years prior to starting Lyons Industrial Properties in January of 1999.
