104 Corporate Dr Leased to PR Hoffman +/-23,100 SF

Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International is pleased to annouce the successful tenant representation assignment for PR Hoffman Machine Products a subsidiary of Amtech Group.

This 23,100 SF Class A manufacturing facility located at the Corporate Center business park, 140 Corporate Drive in Spartanburg, SC, will serve as the southeast division for PR Hoffman where they will manufacture and service products and parts for the high tech semiconductor industry.

Congratulations to Bobby Lyons SIOR, CCIM and Luke Lyons for their hard work in getting this 10 year lease negotiated and completed. Great work gentlemen!
