Land is still moving! Just sold this property near Gossett Road and I-85 to a national equipment company to use as IOS (industrial outside storage).

Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International helped our investor client purchase this property in August of 2021. The plans were to develop this into a light industrial park but then this offer came along that was too good to refuse.
