33,320 SF Industrial Warehouse SOLD – Gaffney, SC

Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International is proud to announce the sale of a 33,320 SF industrial facility located at 330 Huntington Road in Gaffney, SC.

Bobby Lyons SIOR, CCIM has a long history with this property as Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International was hired in 2007 by Fall River Manufacturing to sell this facility. Bobby found the buyer and the sale was completed in February of 2008 to a plumbing supply company based in the Northeast.

Fast forward to 2025 and Lyons Industrial just had the pleasure to represent the current owner, an investor out of North Carolina, to lease this facility which ended up turning into a $2.3M sale to a Canadian company, Aerowerks Inc., who was opening their first US operation. This expansion was, in part, due to the recent tariff announcements.
