Roberts Oxygen Company Acquires New Greenville, SC Facility with Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International.

Greenville, SC – Lyons Industrial Properties / CORFAC International is pleased to have represented Roberts Oxygen Company, Inc. in the purchase of a 17,000-square-foot industrial facility at 1451 Donaldson Rd, Piedmont, SC, in Greenville County. The facility will serve as the base for Roberts Oxygen’s Upstate South Carolina operations.

Roberts Oxygen, a family-owned distributor of compressed industrial, medical, and specialty gases, welding equipment, and supplies since 1966, operates 57 locations across nine states. The new Greenville facility will support their delivery of bulk and microbulk gases, dry ice, and technical services to industrial, research, and medical clients.
