A Decades-Long Partnership

This transaction highlights the deep-rooted, long-term partnership between Lyons Industrial Properties and Ultrafab, Inc.. The relationship began in early 2015 when Lyons Industrial Properties was hired to locate a new manufacturing facility for Ultrafab.  In October of 2015 a 44,000 SF, two building faciltity was identified and secured where they operated successfully for a decade. When the time came for further expansion, Ultrafab again turned to the expertise of Lyons Industrial Properties to navigate their next stage of growth.

A special thanks are extended to Bobby Lyons, CCIM, SIOR, and Luke Lyons for their exceptional tenant representation work on this project. Their dedication ensured a seamless transition from the original location to this new, expansive facility, reinforcing a partnership built on trust and professional excellence.
