Lyons Industrial Represents JIDA Industrial Solutions Inc. on 10-Year Lease

We are pleased to announce another deal closed!

We proudly represented JIDA Industrial Solutions Inc., on a 10-year lease for a 150,000 SF industrial facility in Greer, South Carolina.

JIDA and its subsidiary, Global Trade Logistics, are very excited to establish operations in the Upstate area. These companies intend to invest $4.5 million and create up to 78 new jobs over the next five years!

The site selection process started back in December 2019, and our team of Bobby Lyons SIOR, CCIM, and Chris Schweighart, MBA, worked diligently throughout the first half of the year to get this deal across the finish line.

We are grateful for the cooperation with the landlord’s representative, Grice Hunt and his team at NAI Earle Furman, as well as the leadership of Tony Smith with the Greenville Area Development Corporation (GADC).
