Lyons represents Roechling Automotive with a 124,800 SF, 3 Year Renewal

Bobby Lyons, CCIM, SIOR with Lyons Industrial Properties is pleased to announce that he represented Roechling Automotive in a 124,800 SF, 3 year renewal at their logistics facility located at 265 Parkway East in Duncan, SC.  Bryan Blythe with Liberty Property Trust was the landlord’s representative who handled negotiations for their side. This facility is located next to Roechling’s manufacturing plant in Hillside Industrial Park just off of I-85 and Highway 290 (Exit 63).
