Quad Packaging Expands in Spartanburg County

Bobby Lyons, CCIM, SIOR represented Alliance HSP in the lease of a 117,860 square-foot-warehouse at 2171 Fryml Drive in Spartanburg to Quad Packaging.

Quad Packaging’s is a leading global provider of innovative packaging solutions, producing a wide variety of packaging products, including folding cartons, labels, inserts, tags and specialty envelopes.  Their Spartanburg plant is located at 1750 Dewberry Road and the newly leased space will serve as a consolidation of several offsite warehouse locations.

Alliance HSP is currently finishing up ± 2,500 square-feet of new office, restroom upfits and warehouse upgrades which are anticipated to be finalized by mid-November.   Quad Packaging was represented by in the lease transaction by Perry Major, SIOR of JLL’s Charlotte office.
