Upstate Logistics and Distribution LLC of Spartanburg recently leased 18,720 square feet in addition to its two other Spartanburg facilities.

“We need some additional capacity due to the increase in business,” Upstate Logistics and Distribution President Ryan Delaney said.

The space was leased within a portion of the 81,000-square-foot Prima Knit manufacturing facility at 410 Gossett Road in Spartanburg.

The company maintains it current facilities as well, a 200,000-square-foot facility at 120 Brooks Blvd. in Spartanburg and a 100,000-square-foot facility at 254 Franklin St. in Spartanburg.

Langston Black Real Estate Inc. represented the lessor, 410 Properties LLC, in the lease of the space. The Lyons Group LLC represented Upstate Logistics and Distribution.

Delaney founded the company in Spartanburg in 2005 to serve the needs of manufacturers, distributors and their customers for warehousing, trucking, rail shipments and logistics services.

In November 2011, Lyons Industrial represent the seller in the sale of 410 Gossett Road to the current owner who was represented by Langston Black Real Estate in that transaction.
